Is Absolute Sanctuary on Choeng Mon Beach?
The resort's site says it is on a hill looking over the gulf. Agoda files the address under Choengmon and does not print a metre to Choeng Mon Beach. The nearby list puts Chaweng Beach at 3.29 km and Wat Plai Laem at 1.84 km. This is not a room you walk out of onto the sand.
Can children stay at Absolute Sanctuary?
Agoda's listing, read 27 October 2026, is titled adult only from age 12 and sets the minimum guest age at 12. The resort's own policies page says the property is adult-friendly and that children are sometimes on site. That page sets program minimums separately: detox 18, yoga classes 13, and spa, fitness, weight management and Pilates reformer bootcamp 16. Read both before you book with a child.
What time is check-in and check-out?
The resort's policies page says check-in at 14:00 and check-out at 12:00. Agoda agrees: check-in from 2:00 PM until 10:30 PM, check-out until 12:00 PM, reception until 11:59 PM. Late check-out on the resort site is free until 3pm, 50% of the room rate from 3pm to 6pm, and a full day's rate after 6pm, subject to availability.
How far is Absolute Sanctuary from Samui Airport?
Agoda lists 10 minutes and an airport transfer fee of 400 THB. Booking.com's hotel text says the same 10-minute drive and 400 baht transfer. The pin is 3 km from the city centre on Agoda.
